Council highways chiefs have confirmed a series of overnight road closures and movement restrictions at the Ledgard Way junction of Stanningley Road in Armley.
The works are part of a multi-million pound project to improve the bus network between Bradford and Leeds, through Stanningley, Bramley and Armley. This project will make improvements to large sections of bus lanes along the A647 corridor, as well as a number of bus priority measures at traffic signals.
From Monday 11 October until the end of November the following overnight road closures and movement restrictions will be in place 8pm to 6am, Monday to Friday:
- Ledgard Way to be closed from its junction with Salisbury Road to Armley Road
- Left turn from Stanningley Road to Ledgard Way to be prohibited
- Branch Road to be closed at its junction with Stanningley Road, and for a distance of 35 metres proceeding southwest from this junction
- Left turn from Armley Road to Crab Lane to be prohibited
