Get your running shoes on! A friendly new group is tearing up the streets of Armley.
Armley Running Crew is the idea of local resident Briony Axe and is also an active Facebook group.
Briony, also a West Leeds Dispatch community correspondent, said the crew had completed its first ‘pizza run’, a genteel jog through Armley starting and finishing at the amazing Zeppelin street food for some well-deserved grub.
The amateur running club is run by and for amateur runners in Armley. It’s a group for runners of all abilities, shapes and sizes.Briony added:
“A great group of people involved so far, All are welcome, whether your motivation is to exercise, socialise, or both – we even recruited someone en route!”
