Plans for a major housing development in South-West Leeds off Gelderd Road have been submitted to Leeds City Council for approval.
Developer Berkeley Deveer wants to build 87 homes with access and public open space on land at Snittles Farm off Gelderd Road, Wortley.
Access would be via New Village Way in Churwell.
Developers say impact on local roads would be negligible.
