Members of MHA Communities Horsforth shared a Valentine’s lunch this week, enjoying friendship, food and music.
The MHA Horsforth Valentine’s lunch this Thursday was a sell out at the Grove Methodist Church on Town Street, as members tucked in to a tasty three-course lunch of orange juice, coronation chicken and trifle.

Regular visitor guitar vocalist Damion provided the entertainment as everyone enjoyed chatting, laughter and dancing, all dressed in pink and red for the occasion.

MHA Communities Horsforth run a number of regular social events, as well as special socials throughout the year. The ever popular Bacon Butty Club runs every Tuesday morning, lunch club is on Thursdays and there are other weekly activity groups including games hour and “Reminising”.

As well as that there is the monthly friendship social in collaboration with Home Instead, the next of which takes place this coming Wednesday.

For more information on how to join and enjoy the activities for over 55’s visit the website or pop in to one of the activities and speak to the staff and volunteers.
