Guided tours of Calverley Old Hall later this month have already sold out.
The Landmark Trust, which owns the Grade 1 listed building on Woodhall Road, says the tours planned for February 12 and 13 sold out quickly. But promised more would follow during the year.
The Old Hall was re-opened by the charity in October 2024 after a renovation programme costing more than £5million, including £1.75million from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The Landmark Trust buys historic buildings and lets them out as holiday rentals.
The hall is not usually open to the public, but the open days will give people a chance to see the renovations for themselves, including the rare Tudor wall paintings which were uncovered during the works, along with the restoration of the main hall and rooms.
The community garden at the hall is open to the pubic during daylight hours. The chapel is also open regularly on Fridays, look for the details outside the hall.
