The Bramley and Stanningley Ward Forum will meet on Thursday – with the multi-million pound Kirkstall Forge development one of the items on the agenda.
The forum will focus on the area’s rich history and heritage, with presentations from Bramley History Society and Leeds City Council’s Conservation Team.
There will also be the opportunity to learn more about the Kirkstall Forge development, as well as attendance from the local policing team and the council, who will be there to talk about grass cutting.
Councillor Caroline Gruen, (Labour, Bramley & Stanningley), Forum Chair said:
“We hold these forums every other month in the ward to discuss issues that are of interest to local people; we try to set the agenda around what residents feel is important to them, as well as provide information about projects going on in the area.
“I’d like to welcome all local residents to the meeting to come and speak with their councillors, meet their neighbours, and talk about what they would like to see going on in our area.”
The forum meets on 31st March at the Eric Atkinson Centre on Wellington Gardens, Bramley. It starts at 7pm.
