The first bug hunt and nature ramble will be held at Morris Wood in Kirkstall this Saturday.
The ramble and bug hunt will be led by a Leeds City Council park ranger. There will also be a litter pick, time permitting.
The event is child friendly, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Attendees are encouraged to wear sensible shoes and old clothes suitable for walking.
The event, run by the Friends of Morris Wood group, is being held on Saturday, 1st September at 10am. People should meet at the Kepstorn Close entrance to the wood.
