Residents in Farsley will be looking to light up the village at the annual 2021 Christmas lights switch-on.
The event, the first for two years due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be held on Wednesday December 1.
The parade will start to assemble at Farsley Library at 6pm and at 6.30pm make its way down Town Street around the cenotaph to stop and disperse at Wesley Street.
There will be entertainment in Andrew Square while this is going on. The fireworks and light switch on will be at 7pm.
A funfair will held in the Charles Street car park.
A mini Christmas Farmers Market will take place in the car park at Sunny Bank Mills, from 6.30pm.
Road closures
Diversions will be in place from 5.30pm to 8pm on Wednesday, 1 December.
No traffic will be allowed on Town Street or entry to side roads during this period. The main barrier will be at the junction of Frances Street/Old Road and at Farsley Cenotaph.
