Fancy a forage through Kirkstall? Now’s your chance!

Everyone is welcome to join the Incredible Edible Kirkstall team for a spring communal foraging walk through the Kirkstall valley and nature reserve, writes Paul Long.

The walk starts at 11am on 15 April 2018 from outside The Abbey House Museum and will last approximately three hours.

The walk is free to join and takes a slow relaxed pace to allow people to share stories, local history and food as well as a spot of foraging which are pointed out along the route – so don’t forget the camera and foraging basket!

Their will also be the opportunity to do some bark rubbing and pond dipping.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
