Ladies and gentlemen of Leeds 12, do you want to learn more about improving your overall health and wellbeing? Learn more about the better food choices we could make? Last week we had fun in our kitchen making delicious meals. Other times we chat about the things we could easily do, to eat, excerise and sleep better. Over the last few months members have given very positive feedback about the things they have learnt and put into practice since joining in the fun.
