Menopause Meet Up

Fortnightly on a Monday 6 pm – 7.30pm in the Open Door

Menopause Meet up is a ‘woman supporting each other’ social group inclusive for anyone who is in any stage of perimenopause/menopause/post-menopause or just interested in learning more. We provide a safe space to come together, have refreshments, chat and listen to each other.
