8th Annual Mindfulness Festival (10-20 Oct) at Abbey House Museum. Join us for 2 weeks of Mindfulness with a range of activities and practices from poetry and meditative walks loving kindness and self compassion. A series of workshops events exploring secular and non-secular mindfulness through led practices, discussion, and activities like poetry & walking.
