Join us at Abbey House Museum to celebrate Creativity & Wellbeing Week, with these free activities for adults. From meditation & mindfulness to making paper sunflowers & poetry, please check individual events for details

Join Clare for a mindful walk with poems at the abbey and park to experience the spring light. We will walk in silence with a few poems along the way to help us to centre down and experience in a deeper way. We will evoke Turner and his depiction of light. All are welcome. No experience of poetry is required. The walk includes tarmac and grassy pathways but will not cover much distance. It can be amended for any access needs.
