We have a series of workshops (duration 2 hr) to help with specific issues or to delve deeper into your innermost feelings:

Why Choose Writing for Wellness? Writing for Wellness or “journalling” is a great way to increase self-awareness and promote positivity, as well as encouraging you to face any fears or issues you may have hidden deep down in your subconscious. When we let go of hard feelings, we create headspace for new opportunities and promote a practice of gratitude and hope.
We are not talking about excessive over thinking which can lead to anxiety, we are simply wanting to create a safe, calm space free of judgement where you can understand your inner life, get it down on paper and leave feeling lighter.
What is included in the Workshop?
When you purchase a ticket for our Writing for Wellness Workshops you will receive:
1.5 Hours of Guided Journalling/Writing Time
An opportunity to share your work (you do NOT have to do this)
Refreshments – tea and biscuit
Please bring your own journal and a pen, beginning your Writing Journey with fresh stationary is always encouraged or alternatively you can purchase Earthpath way journal from OM Shop or journal and/or pen sold by Charlotte! Bring some cash if you wish to purchase on the day!
£20.00 for one session or £50 for all 3 sessions.
– 50% goes to our OM Yoga Works Foundation.
