Coroner’s officers are appealing for information to help trace the relatives of Phillip Holmes.
Mr Holmes, aged 56yrs, died at his home in Wortley, Leeds. There are no suspicious circumstances and his death is due to natural causes.
His family are believed to be from the Beverley area of East Yorkshire.
