Burley Top Community Association AGM debates Boston Exchange Court problems

Problems with alleged anti-social behaviour from students at Boston Exchange Court in Burley will be debated this week.

Burley Top Community Association (BTCA) will hold its AGM on Wednesday, April 12, at 7pm in the New Burley Club.

Residents will be able to put their questions to student lettings agency Park Lane Properties and Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team.

Anti-social behaviour from students includes noise and littering.

Posting on Facebook, BTCA chair Adele Rae said:

“This is having a massive impact on those in the properties surrounding the students. Burley Top and St Ann’s Residents Association are working in conjunction with the Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum, local councillors, Leeds Anti-social Behaviour Team, the universities, and the local police to address these issues.”
