A planning application for 11 affordable houses and three bungalows for disabled people in Bramley have been submitted to the council by a housing association.
Developers Habinteg also plan to include parking spaces and public open space on land between Raynville Road and Raynville Crescent in Bramley.
Both the houses and bungalows will be two bedroomed.

Habinteg Housing Association wants communities to include disabled people, offering places to live that meet their needs and provide the highest levels of independence, choice and control over their daily lives.
Its mission is to champion inclusion by providing and promoting accessible homes and neighbourhoods.
The plans are likely to be decided by the council later this year.
