Armley: New housing plans submitted off Town Street

Proposals to build 14 new homes in Armley have been submitted to Leeds City Council’s planning department.

Land off Hollywell Lane, off Armley Town Street, is classed as waste land and features hedges and trees.

Developer Zarina Acquisitions Ltd wants to build 14 new homes, with parking for 23 cars. The development includes ten two and three-bedroom houses and four flats/maisonettes.

Access to the site is via Hollywell Terrace. The site is bounded to the north and east by Armley Moor.

The plans can be viewed in full here.

Earlier this year the same developer, Zarina Acquisitions Ltd, received planning permission to build ten new homes on the former Upstairs Downstairs nightclub site, which is adjacent to Hollywell Lane.
