The 44th Kirkstall Festival is taking place this year on Saturday, 8 July in the grounds of the historic Kirkstall Abbey.
Yet again it promises to be a great day out, attracting thousands of people from Kirkstall, Armley, Bramley and across West Leeds and beyond.
The event is run by a handful of volunteers who work unpaid all year round to make it a success, offering one of the best summer days out in the city.
To keep the event going year after year, we need your help to sell programmes to visitors, providing important information about the day’s activities, and bringing in revenue to fund the Festival.
This is where YOU come in. Could you offer an hour or two (or more!) to help sell programmes to the public?
No previous experience is necessary, just enthusiasm, rewarded by our eternal gratitude and a sense of satisfaction at having supported a fantastic community event.
You then get to spend the rest of the day enjoying the many attraction on site. If selling programmes is not your thing there are other opportunities for volunteering, setting up the festival site on Friday, 7 July or helping run the festival on the Saturday.

If you can’t help out this time don’t forget: if you’re coming to the Festival please support us by buying a programme on the day!
