A former school caretaker bungalow in Swinnow could be converted to an after-school club, if plans are approved by Leeds City Council.
Park Spring Primary School, in Swinnow, is hoping to turn the disused building into an after school club with hall, office, kitchen and toilets. Proposals also include a single-storey front extension.
The planning application states:
“The proposed works will provide and fulfil a vital requirement for the school for children. By using a the extended bungalow it will afford an expedient installation with minimised impact upon the local community.”
