Busy Wyther Lane Bridge is set to close for more than a month to allow important structural repair work to be carried out.
From Monday 26 July until Friday 4 September Wyther Lane will be closed to through traffic.
This will enable the Canals and River Trust to carry out repair work to the canal bridge following a car crash which destroyed part of the bridge in March.
A signed diversion route will be available via Raynville Road, Outgang Lane and Broad Lane. All works are expected to be completed by 4 September.
