Two new warehouse units could be built on the empty site of the former Golden Lion pub in Armley.
Applicant Adam Maumoniat has planned the modern units for the front and back of the site, off Armley Road/Canal Road, next to the Pet and Aquatic World store. The plans include parking for up to nine cars.
Earlier plans by the Westcourt Group to demolish the pub and build two similar units were approved by Leeds Council back in 2017.
