This month’s Burley Park volunteer day will be on Saturday, 10 August (10am).
People are welcome to join to help keep the park looking great and carry out light maintenance jobs.
If you do have your own shears or secateurs your are encouraged to bring them with you. If you have gloves do bring them too, but we will have some pairs available for those who need them.
Attendees will meet by the former Park Keeper’s cottage near Cardigan Lane.
Friends of Burley Park have arranged a meeting with Leeds Parks to discuss the repair or replacement of the cricket wicket on Thursday, 8 August at 2.30pm. Local cricketers are welcome to attend.
