This stunning aerial footage has been filmed via a drone by west Leeds resident David Taylor at St Bartholomew’s Church in Armley.
The church is home to a famous Schulze Organ. The footage is simply breathtaking.
For his next assignment, Mr Taylor will be filming Wednesday’s fortnightly war graves clean-up at Bramley Baptist Church. The aerial film will highlight the 70-plus graves the volunteers look after and map the graveyard. New volunteers welcome at the clean-up – meet at the chain link fence entrance on Warrels Grove at 12.30.
Thank you for the experience. I was christened in this beautiful building in1933 and attended Armley boys CofE.’til 1948.
You’re welcome – I always thought it was a beautiful building, even more so after seeing this video. It’s breathtaking, isn’t it?
