Organiser of Pudsey Scarecrow Festival are encouraging budding scarecrow makers across West Leeds to get designing in the run up to this year’s popular event.
Following the Olympics and football’s European Championships, this year’s theme is Olympics and sports.
Closing date for entries is Thursday, 15 August and the event is on Sunday, 1 September 2024 in Pudsey Park.
A Pudsey Scarecrow Festival spokesperson said: “Don’t forget to tell us about your wonderful work of art so it can judged – you might even win a prize.”
An online entry form can be found here. If you’re unable to apply online, paper forms are available at Pudsey Library, Pudsey Leisure Centre, Pudsey Wellbeing Centre and Pudsey Baptist Church.
