Conservative councillor Dawn Seary held Pudsey Ward at the Leeds local elections 2024.
Cllr Seary held off the challenge of Labour’s Ahmed Riaz, securing 3,349 votes to his 2,977.
Cllr Seary was elected with a reduced 372 majority – at the 2021 election her majority was 2,042.

Thank God Labour didn’t get in,in Pudsey, you only have to look how areas like Armley, Harehills, Chapeltown, Beeston, Holbeck , to name but a few places ,have ended up like under Labour councillors, thank goodness we have 3 fantastic Conservative councillors, Dawn and Simon Seary and the force to be reckoned with Trish Smith
