A Pudsey used car dealership has won a prestigious accolade at the 2025 Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards – often described as the Oscars of the motor trade.
First4car, on Occupation Lane, was named Best Used Car Dealership in the ‘over 100 cars’ category at this year’s ceremony, held to celebrate the best and brightest operators in the used car market across the UK.
The ‘over 100 cars’ description refers to the number of vehicles a dealership has available for customers at any one time.
Judges were looking for a high-quality selection for customers to inspect; professional and friendly levels of service; and positive online reviews. First4car triumphed in all three areas and its popular home delivery service also won plaudits.
Luke Jowsey, Operations Manager, said: ‘‘We are unbelievably proud of our achievement – to win the ‘over 100’ cars category is insane! This is our first time at the Used Car Awards so you can imagine how we feel.’’
Asked to reveal the secret of First4car’s success, Luke said: ‘‘It comes down to hard work,
determination and a good team. We are always striving to improve ourselves and everyone works hard. We’ll spend a short time celebrating and then look to repeat our success next year.’’
