Residents in Pudsey are being urged to attend a tidy up of the town ahead of Yorkshire in Bloom judging.
Members of the Pudsey in Bloom group are urging people to give up a couple of hours of their time on Sunday, July 9 to weed, paint, litter pick and generally clean up the town centre from 9am.
The tidy up is ahead of judges from the Yorkshire in Bloom competition visiting later this month. Villages through to cities in the region are judged in spring and summer.
Pudsey in Bloom volunteers also worked with youngsters from 1st Pudsey Scout Group to make a fabulous bug hotel in the wildlife area of Pudsey Park.
