A Pudsey estate agency is arranging a charity walk to raise money for a charity set up by a young Stanningley Rugby Club player.
Dan Pearce Sells Homes has expanded into Pudsey with new franchisee, Paula Cook, who has arranged a charity walk in support of local charity, Will’s Way.
Will’s Way was established by Will Barker, with help from family and friends. In September 2016 Will was diagnosed with a grade 2 brain tumour at the age of just 15.
The charity supports families with children who find themselves in a similar situation to the Barkers, providing financial support for their families in Yorkshire, or with links to Yorkshire or rugby.
Charity walk organiser Paula Cook said:
“I am very excited about the Charity Walk for Will’s Way, it’s a fantastic way to raise much needed funds for a local cause as well as bring the community together.”
The charity walk will be raising money for Will’s Way and will take place on Saturday 16th April at 9.30am.
The walk will begin at Dan Pearce Sells Homes office in Morley and end in Pudsey.
