Project helps recycle kids’ clothes in Pudsey

A children’s clothes exchange helping people to reduce their carbon footprint by saving garments from landfill is holding a special event on Saturday.

People are being invited to do their bit for the environment by re-using clothes instead of buying new – and can buy clothes for youngsters between the ages of two to 12 years old at an event on Saturday at Pudsey Parish Church.

Reduce Reuse Kids’ Clothes are hosting the event and say there are no fixed prices – but card/cash donations to the Pudsey Community Project are welcome.

The project accepts and re-homes clothes, shoes, coats and all sizes of school uniform.

The parish church event will run on Saturday (26 June 2021) from 2-5pm.

Reduce Reuse Kids’ Clothes is part of the Pudsey Community project, a local charitable organisation started from Pudsey Parish Church to provide community, youth/children and poverty resources for Pudsey and the immediate surrounding area.
