What a busy day in Bramley!
Yesterday (Sunday, 16 November), saw Bramley Baths host a successful Christmas market – and the second monthly Moorfields Market also drew the crowds to Bramley Park.
Bramley Baths’ business development manager Jennie Willetts said she was really pleased with the turnout. She also said that staff members Alex and Aimie (pictured below) had done a great job handing out flyers and guiding visitors around the historic grade II listed building.

The Bramley Moorfields Market also proved a success after launching last month. The stalls were spread out a little more this time, to avoid the various queues from blocking the paths.
Fat Pigeon bakery founder Ruth Diskin was pleased with the turnout, and that the weather had stayed dry. Despite baking more, she had sold out by noon.
Lots of other stalls seemed to be doing a good trade, especially the Ukrainian cake stall. There was a long line for the specialist cheese stall too. Here’s a slideshow of Kelvin Wakefield’s photos from Bramley Park:
Next Moorfields market is December 21.
