Plans to change an empty former community centre into four flats have been submitted by developers – just months after plans were approved for two flats on the site.
Gamble Hill Community Centre in Bramley closed two years ago and was sold by cash-strapped Leeds City Council last year. Its guide prioce was £70,000.
Earlier this year applicant Imran Din originally applied to transform the former centre into five flats with 10 parking spaces but amended the plans and had a revised application for two flats at the centre approved by the council in July.
Mr Din has now returned with a fresh application for four flats on the site. Proposals include six parking spaces.
