Detailed plans for 25 houses at the back of Swinnow Morrisons have been submitted.
South Yorkshire-based Erris Homes has bought the Swinnow Road site, which had outline permission for the principal of 25 houses granted in November 2014.
The new plans are a reserved matters application and deal with detailed design of the houses and the landscaping of the development.
The proposals include three and four-bed terrace and semi detached houses between two and three storeys high. The application includes the substitution of house types from the original plans, with the addition of some integral garages.
