More than 50 people have so far entered next month’s Farsley Scarecrow Festival – and there’s still time for more people to enter.
The festival was launched in 2021 by Danny Bowley, 40, who was inspired to bring the community together by his daughter’s fight against Covid. More than 100 homes and businesses taking part in last year’s event.
This year’s event runs 22-30 October and has 58 scarecrows signed up so far.
Mr Bowley said: “A massive thanks to everyone that’s agreed to do one so far. It would be great to get some more on the map. If you want adding please feel free to drop me a message.”
