Plans to change the use of a shop into a new dentist’s surgery in Horsforth have been approved by Leeds council planners.
Applicant Mr P Nakeshree successfully applied to change the use of J F McColls, at Low Lane House, Low Lane. The business is currently a stationery and computer supplies retailer.
A certificate of lawful use, also known as a Lawful Development Certificate, is a formal decision from the local planning authority confirming that an existing or proposed use or development is lawful for planning purposes.
