West Leeds residents can take part in community clean ups of the River Aire as part of a new initiative this Spring.
The Aire Rivers Trust is running its OurCleanRiver 2024 campaign from 14 to 22 March and will continue its river clean-ups across the Middle Aire River catchment until the end of April.
This project is bringing local groups from Skipton to West Leeds together for a series of litter picks and clean-ups to improve the river’s health and status.
