Kirkstall will look blooming great this summer – thanks to the first flower show at Kirkstall Abbey.
Flowers @ The Abbey will run on May 19 and 20 2018 from 11am-4pm and features events ranging from ‘Our Back Yard’ show gardens, plants for sale, craft and gift stalls and a gardeners’ question time.
Adults cost £5, children are free.
The event is being run by the Kirkstall Valley Development Trust, a community benefit society set up last year to develop a learning and leisure park over 200 acres of inner Leeds. It is owned and run by its members. Its projects include reclaiming Abbey Mills for community and work use.
