Two fully furnished show apartments at a landmark West Leeds building will be open to the public for the first time on Saturday, September 30.
Dawsons Square is based at the former Green Flag headquarters at Dawsons Corner and will comprise 140 studio, one and two bedroom apartments across two buildings, Park House and Greenleigh Court.
Developed by RBH Properties, Dawsons Square promises to offer residents ‘a city lifestyle within a village environment’.
Angela Hewson, National Property Manager at RBH Properties, said:
“There is no question that this development will stand out from the crowd and provide a unique living experience for anyone looking for a combination of community and convenience.”
All the apartments have been designed and specified to reflect the needs of modern living, including innovative features such as a ground-source heat pump (GSHP). This eco-friendly system has been widely used in Scandinavia for decades and uses pipes buried underground to extract heat from the ground itself, effortlessly heating each apartment’s underfloor heating and water.
The launch of the show apartments takes place from Saturday September 30th between 10am and 5pm. More details at the Dawsons Square website.
