The first floor of a Pudsey bar could be transformed into five flats, if newly submitted plans are given the green light by Leeds City Council.
Applicants Anthony and Susan Moore want to change the use of the first floor of Bojangles, in Lowtown, into four new one-bedroom flats, and retain an existing flat.
Three of the new flats would have a mezzanine level. Each flat would have a small kitchenette, bathroom, living area and one bedroom
The building currently has bar facilities on both the ground and first floor, and the first floor also serves as an occasional venue for bands.
New access to the first floor flats would be by a new entrance to the front left of the building.
A design statement submitted with the plans said: “The site is located within good access to public transport links, and parking areas within close proximity to the buildings.”
The plans can be viewed in full here.

I don’t think you’d get much sleep in a flat above Bojangles ….
