Farsley Village Singers have a musical way of raising money for a project helping vulnerable and isolated people including families and older people across Pudsey, Farsley, Swinnow, and Rodley.
The choir is releasing 12 days of its members singing to raise money for the Pudsey Community Project and spread some festive cheer. A Singers spokesperson said on social media:
“We are disappointed that we have not been able to do our usual festive activities like the lights Switch on, singing at community events and, of course, our big Christmas concert.
“We have not practised live since March and we miss it greatly. This also means we have not been able to raise money for local causes which is very important to us. So like the rest of the world we are adapting!”
