March 2025 marks 11 years of Farsley Farmers’ Market and sometimes organisers have to pinch themselves!
For the first couple of years the market had a rocky beginnings.
By then social media was becoming established and the booking system was improving, so with persistence, organisers finally saw signs of this enjoyable event becoming securely rooted in the community!
Volunteer organisers would like to sincerely thank the local community for supporting these independent businesses each month, which keeps them coming back to Farsley Market.

Organisers are delighted to confirm that all the familiar stallholders will be with us to celebrate this month, like India Express, Calverley Beekeepers, Farsley Fire & Smoke, Yorkshire Pie Bakery, Country Store Cheese, Yorkshire Chocolatier, Beantastic, Family Kardamakis and more.
For those seaking a taste sensation, there is guesting this month – Mallowdramatic, Joey’s Chilli Sauce and The Singing Spice co.

And for weekend treats the superb local baker Emma, of SugarBlondeBakes, returns to the fold. Find her in the usual spot between India Express and Yorkshire Chocolatier in March, April and May!
To help us celebrate our anniversary, Mr Tiff the juggler will be performing outside from mid morning, while free glitter tattoos will be on the menu from Debbie Austin inside the hall.

While you’re in the hall, don’t miss the cafe who will be serving a breakfast menu and hot drinks until 12pm.
A range of crafters inside will help you solve many a gift dilemma, with fused glass, needle crafts, jewellery, handmade soaps, papercrafts and more, just in time for Mother’s Day too!
It’s the last visit until the autumn for Helen of FIIYA wax, so make a beeline for her gift table this month.
Farsley Farmers’ Market is held every fourth Saturday of the month at St John’s Church Hall. The next event runs on Saturday, 22 March from 9.30am-1pm. More details here.
