Police have issued a warning after a spate of fake £20 notes circulating in Armley, Bramley and Pudsey.
A large number of fake £20 notes have been taken at various shops in the area over the past few days.
A police spokesman said:
“The notes are of very poor quality and are copies. The texture of the paper the notes are printed on is different to a genuine Bank of England note.”
