A remembrance ceremony is being held at the Abbey House Museum, Kirkstall, to bring people together to remember those who died by suicide. Hosted by the Leeds Mind Suicide Bereavement Services, the non-religious ceremony is being held on Saturday, 9 December 2023, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Bramley War Memorial will be hosting a remembrance service on Thursday 6th June at 12.30pm, in memory of all those who began the liberation of Europe on D-Day - 80 years ago. In Bramley, there are two people featured on the war memorial that lost their lives at D-Day. We will remember them.
