It’s National Nest Box Week
So we’d like to invite you to Build a Nest Box and some feeders!
It’s the time of year we remind ourselves to give courting birds a warm, secure home for raising the next generation.
Come and join us and we’ll show you how to build your own nest box. It’s easy and great fun too! We’ll also give you advice as to where to site your box when you take it home.
Just think – the box you make could soon be filled with baby birds!
BOOKING ESSENTIAL: We have a limited number of bird box kits available, limited to one per family.
To register your interest please book in person at the visitor centre Wed/Sat/Sun 10am-3.30pm – all bookings will be confirmed based on availability.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. All materials and help provided.
