Did you know we have a fabulous theatre group called the Invisible Pain Theatre Company who meet every Monday night from 7pm – 9pm here in our Community Hall?
Run by Gerica, this community group is for people who are affected by anxiety and/
or depression. Some of the main features of anxiety and depression are the suppression of emotions. Drama is an excellent way of providing an outlet to express emotions or even just to take a break from the day to day and be part of a supportive environment
