Can you get involved in the ‘Big Pudsey Town Centre Christmas Trees Installation’ for 2024?

Posting on social media, Cllr Simon Seary (Cons, Pudsey) said: “Massive apologies for posting in October, but with 300 Christmas trees and over 3km of string lights and a team member taking a two-week holiday, we are starting slightly earlier than previous years.”

Tree installation starts tomorrow, Saturday 26 October, from 8am at Pulse Hair Studio, Chapletown.

Lights Installation will start on Saturday, 2 November, from 8am at Pulse Hair Studio, and the following day.

The switch on event will be held in the town centre on Sunday, 1 December at 6pm.

Any ability can help as volunteers need ladder holders, tree fluffers and anyone that can hold and pass up a tree!
