Physio Led Pilates for New Mums

Post Natal Pilates is a friendly and relaxed class that you are able to bring your baby along to. It is an ideal way to meet other local new mums and their babies.
The class is a safe re introduction to exercise after you have had a baby. You will learn how to correctly strengthen the core and pelvic floor.
The class is led by an experienced Physiotherapist and Pre and Post Natal trained Pilates Instructor.
Each week you will receive an email with the featured exercises from the class which will help you to build up a home exercise programme to work on outside of the class.
