Leeds: Abbey Dash 2025 – Run For All (10k)

After nearly 40-years of being organised by Age UK, Run For All is proud to be taking over the baton to deliver this much-loved event from 2025.  We’re committed to continuing this world-class event that so many have come to love, and we’re proud to deliver an unforgettable 10K experience.

The road closures and information has been released ready for the end of November. This should be absolutely fine as we have once again chased Yorkshire Water this week to ensure that they are still meeting the August deadline, but should it be delayed again (please no!) we will go back to the Abbey Dash and find a solution which doesn’t bring our neighbourhoods to a complete halt. This is the info that has been released:

Run For All are pleased to, once again, be working in partnership with Leeds City Council to deliver the Leeds Abbey Dash. In accordance with traffic authority regulations for the Leeds Metropolitan District, an order has been made prohibiting and restricting the use of certain roads and road junctions by vehicles in order to facilitate the safe holding of the Leeds Abbey Dash. The event will require the closure of roads and road junctions as well as the suspension of a number of Traffic Regulation Orders between 18:00 on Saturday 29th November 2025 and 15:00 on Sunday 30th November 2025. A full list of road closures, including approximate times, is provided overleaf.
