Kirkstall: Woodland Sauna Club

No screens, no rush, no pressure.
Parents can have a relaxing 90 minute sauna whilst children are led by Harriet from Leodis Forest School in real experiences that build confidence, resilience and joy.
The Woodland Sauna Club is back. Based at Kirkstall Valley Farm, the club is a collaboration between Leeds Community Sauna and Leodis Forest School. In a nutshell……bring your swimmers and your kids. Go and enjoy a sauna and ice plunge (optional), tea and ‘me time’ and leave the kids at Forest school to explore the wonders of nature and learn bushcraft style skills.
