Just a reminder that our next weekend event is Potato Day on 16th February. Last year the seed swap was a roaring success, so if you’re sorting your seed boxes over the next couple of weeks, do put aside anything you don’t need to swap for something new to you. Friends of Hollybush will be joining us again to run the ever popular and very silly ‘dress the potato’ activity. On the day we’ll also have activities for kids, fire baked potatoes for sale, and the grand opening of the new Café 21 at TCV Hollybush !

All seed potatoes are 30p each, and the seed swap is bigger than ever this year.

It’s now six years since TCV Hollybush celebrated its 40th anniversary with the Hollybush Histories project, an illustrated oral history. Sadly, the website was only funded until the end of March 2025, so do make the most of this amazing resource while you can. Stories were also collated into a beautiful book and the final copies will be for sale at the Hollybush Potato Day and Seed Swap.

We have limited parking on site reserved for blue badge holders and those with limited mobility. Other visitors travelling by car have the kind permission of Morrison’s to park at the far end of their carpark. We have bike storage available and will have both the Broad Lane and Canal Towpath gates open, so do walk or wheel down if you can.
